CNC Mill-Turn Machining
ORRCO's multi-axis CNC mill-turn centers produce complex, multi-feature components complete in a single setup — eliminating the need to transfer parts between machines and reducing handling that can affect tolerances. This capability is ideal for parts that require both turned features (like bores and threads) and milled features (like slots, flats, and cross-drilled holes).
Our CNC mill-turn equipment handles complex geometries including hydraulic valve bodies with precise internal bores and cross-drilled ports, medical device components with tight tolerances and multiple features, and custom housings that require both turning and milling operations.

Custom Rotary Machining
ORRCO operates custom-built rotary machining centers designed specifically for specialized applications including coal mining bit bodies and other high-volume precision components. These custom machines combine the efficiency of automated production with the precision required for critical dimensional features.
