Ultrasonic Cleaning for Precision Machined Parts

At ORRCO, we understand that precision cleaning is just as critical as precision machining—especially for components used in medical, safety, and high-performance industrial applications. That’s why we’ve invested in a dedicated clean area specifically designed to meet the most rigorous cleanliness standards.

This controlled environment features meticulously filtered air and ultra-pure deionized (DI) water, both continuously monitored to ensure the complete removal of oils, particulates, and residual cleaning agents. Our ultrasonic cleaning process is engineered to deliver consistent, repeatable results for even the most complex geometries and tight tolerances.

The cleaning system includes a multi-stage ultrasonic station: a wash tank followed by two rinsing tanks, each equipped with ultrasonic agitation and heat capabilities up to 250°F. These ultrasonic waves penetrate blind holes, threads, and intricate features, dislodging contaminants that traditional cleaning methods can’t reach. After rinsing, parts move to a heated drying station that ensures a spotless, moisture-free finish—ready for inspection, assembly, or packaging.

We tailor every cleaning cycle to your specifications, including the choice of cleaning agents, temperature settings, and dwell times. Whether you’re preparing medical implants, valve components, or motion control assemblies, ORRCO’s ultrasonic cleaning for precision machined parts ensures your components meet the highest standards of cleanliness and performance.
